With 20 years’ experience, Niamh has earned the reputation for service excellence within the Property Industry. Her integrity and professionalism has earned her great respect with all of her clients and their tenants, who benefit from her vast knowledge and expertise within the property market.

Her thorough approach has earned her a reputation for achieving results for both landlords and tenants making the letting process an excellent experience here at Wyse Property Management.

Niamh joined Wyse as a Multi-Unit Development Property Manager in 2001 and was promoted to Senior Property Manager in 2003 responsible for managing a large portfolio of property both residential and commercial.

In 2005 Niamh was responsible for the management of a large portfolio of commercial property both in the UK and Ireland, which included the management of a number of shopping centres, multi-tenanted office blocks, retail and industrial parks.

Niamh has gone from strength to strength within the company since and as our Business Development Manager Niamh specialized in dealing with all new business queries, developing and building relationships with new clients. This role also involves assisting and overseeing Property Managers in the management of their portfolios, offering additional support and ensuring all clients’ needs are met to the highest of standards.

Niamh graduated from Napier University Edinburgh in 1998 with a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management Surveying and also holds a Diploma in Property Management since 1996 from Regional Technical College Galway. She also holds professional memberships with the SCSI and RICS.
