Aimée joined Wyse Property Management in 2007 and was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2018. In 2021, she and fellow Director Pearse McElroy completed the purchase of the company, marking a new era of strengthened leadership and strategic growth.

As Managing Partner, Aimée drives operational excellence across WysePM’s portfolio, overseeing governance, compliance, staff development, and the implementation of efficient, client-focused procedures. She is recognised for her deep expertise in Owners’ Management Company operations, including service-charge budgeting, procurement, and complex tendering.

Aimée previously served on the Residential Committee of the IPFMA and later contributed to the SCSI Residential Sub-Committee, supporting industry standards and professional development.
She is a chartered member of both the SCSI and RICS and holds a Diploma in Property Valuation & Estate Management from GMIT and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Property Studies from DIT Bolton Street.
