John began his career in property over 20 years ago within local authorities and has since developed extensive expertise across both residential and commercial property management.

He brings exceptional negotiation and communication skills to his role, alongside a genuine passion for property and considerable specialist knowledge of Owners’ Management Companies (OMCs) and the challenges they face.

John prides himself on building strong, positive working relationships with maintenance contractors, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery for clients. He is also committed to supporting and developing staff through ongoing guidance and training.
