Gerard joined WYSE Property Management as a Property Manager in January 2014. During his time at Wyse Property Management, Gerard has managed a number of residential developments throughout Dublin.

Gerard was promoted to Team Leader in April 2019, to Associate Director in October 2021 and oversees a team of Property Managers and Property Administrators in addition to managing a portfolio of exclusive developments.

Gerard provides coaching and direction to his team to ensure that their developments are managed to the highest standards.

Gerard graduated from GMIT with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Property Studies in 2010 and holds Associate Memberships with the SCSI and RICS.
