Karolina joined Wyse as a Property Manager in 2008. Karolina Bradshaw has over 15 years of experience in property and facilities management, progressing from administrator to Director of Property Management at Wyse Property Management.

She has successfully managed large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, including apartment complexes, housing estates, shopping centres, and PRS schemes for global investors. Her role encompasses operational excellence, regulatory compliance, service charge management, and facilities oversight, ensuring that buildings are safe, efficient, and sustainable for occupiers.

Karolina holds a Bachelor’s in Management Practice, a Diploma in Property Investment, and is completing a Level 8 Certificate in EDI Policy Development. She is also an Associate Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors/RICS and a licensed PSRA Category C & D holder, reflecting her professional standing.
