Having graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, Pearse has worked exclusively in Residential Property Management for 22 years.

After joining Wyse in 2000 as a Senior Property Manager, he was promoted to the position of Branch Manager to our Amiens Street branch in 2004.
He was promoted to the position of Director in 2006.

He is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland, and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

In 2021, with his fellow Director Aimee Cafferty, he completed the purchase of Wyse Property Management.
